Because of the porous nature of these dry cast pavers and because they are laid on sand - you can see a lot of black algae, weeds and ants.

Because of the unpredictable nature of poured concrete - you will nearly always get several unsightly cracks through your patio. You will then also get weeds and ants.

Even though this patio has plenty of expansion cuts, it has still cracked in several places. Weeds and ants ill come. Unsightly! This will nearly always happen to coloured concrete areas.
